Add a nameplate

Please also indicate in the Special Instructions space whether your photo is horizontal or vertical so the nameplate can be properly placed. Nameplate will be silver or gold depending on color match.

Add team medallions

We can enhance your frame with medallions depicting your team's logo. Selecting this option without a nameplate will place a single team medallion beneath the photo. Selecting this option with a nameplate will place a medallion on each side on the nameplate. Please indicate in the Special Instructions space on the next page whether your photo is horizontal or vertical so the medallion(s) can be properly placed.
