WWE heads to Detroit tonight for Monday Night Raw following a busy and eventful weekend in New York City. During the SummerSlam Kickoff at Fanatics Fest on Sunday, several major storylines moved forward, including Triple H officially announcing one of the event's most anticipated matches.
With SummerSlam now less than two weeks away and Saturday Night's Main Event in the rearview mirror, WWE is entering the final stretch of building its biggest show of the summer. Expect the remaining matches to be announced over the next two episodes of Raw and Friday Night SmackDown.

Has Nick Aldis Wrestled in WWE Before?
SummerSlam will mark Nick Aldis' first WWE match. The SmackDown General Manager is a former TNA and NWA World Heavyweight Champion, but since joining WWE in 2023, he has appeared exclusively in an authority figure role.
At 39 years old, Aldis has spent much of his late thirties away from active competition, making his SummerSlam return to the ring one of the more intriguing stories on the card.
How to Watch WWE SummerSlam
WWE SummerSlam 2026 takes place Saturday, Aug. 1, and Sunday, Aug. 2, from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The event streams live exclusively on ESPN Unlimited in the United States. Internationally, SummerSlam will stream live on Netflix in most markets where WWE programming is available.
The main card begins at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT each night, with a kickoff show airing beforehand across WWE's digital platforms.
