Former WWE Divas Champion Paige has had enough of autograph scalpers taking things too far. The 34-year-old star recently found someone waiting for her at the gate of a connecting flight with a stack of photos.
Paige revealed Sunday on social media that the person had around 30 pictures ready to be signed. While she admitted that she normally does not mind signing autographs, she was uncomfortable with someone waiting for her at the gate after apparently knowing where she would arrive.
“Airport scalpers are morphing.. Had someone waiting for me as I was getting off the plane at the gate of my connecting flight with like 30 pictures.. I’m easy going with this stuff but pulling up to my gate is (expletive) weirdo behavior. Don’t do that,” Paige wrote on X on Aug. 23.
Her complaint was not about the memorabilia itself. Instead, Paige took issue with the way the encounter happened, particularly being approached immediately after getting off a flight at a connecting gate.
The airport incident comes as Paige remains involved in a heated storyline with Nikki Bella on SmackDown. The feud began at SummerSlam, where Nikki and Brie Bella turned on the former AEW star after their loss to Fatal Influence, ending their partnership.
Nikki has accused Paige of using the Bella Twins to revive her career, while the former Divas Champion has pushed back by revealing that “The Fearless One” previously reached out to her for help with a WrestleMania return. Paige has also argued that she protected Nikki during their SummerSlam match, making the betrayal even more personal.
Besides seeking revenge against The Bellas, the former AEW star has also set her sights on the Women’s United States Championship, currently held by Jacy Jayne.
Paige Has Previously Addressed Airport Privacy Concerns

This isn’t the first time Paige has spoken publicly about uncomfortable encounters while traveling.
The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion revealed in November 2025 that a stalker had purchased a plane ticket simply to get past airport security and secretly film her for roughly 45 minutes.
That experience was considerably more serious than an autograph request, but it also highlighted why airport encounters can make wrestlers uncomfortable.
Other wrestling stars have dealt with similar situations. Rey Mysterio and Rhea Ripley have both previously criticized aggressive autograph seekers who approach talent at airports, including around baggage claims and terminals.
For Paige, the latest situation came down to personal space. She is generally open to interacting with fans, but being tracked to a specific gate with dozens of photographs waiting to be signed was something she clearly did not appreciate.
