The Minnesota Lynx improved to 15-4 on the season after taking down Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings at the College Park Center on Sunday.
Olivia Miles and Natasha Howard scored 21 points each to lead Minnesota to an 85-77 victory. Miles also had eight assists in the win, while Howard added 14 rebounds and three steals.
Dallas struggled offensively, making just 28 of its 74 shot attempts in the game. Paige Bueckers recorded a game-high 25 points, while Azzi Fudd added 21. However, no other Wings starter reached double digits in scoring.
While Miles further solidified her case for Rookie of the Year honors and an All-Star selection with her performance, it wasn't without its negatives.

Miles received a technical foul during the contest. As a result, the WNBA is now set to fine her $500.
The referees hit Miles with a technical foul at the end of the third quarter. It came after she complained to an official following a no-call on what she believed was a foul.
The WNBA rules state that a player's first three technical fouls each carry a $500 fine. Meanwhile, the fourth through seventh technical fouls each cost $1,000. Once a player reaches eight technical fouls, she will be fined $1,500 and suspended for one game.
Miles' latest technical foul is her second of the season. She received her first tech during Minnesota's showdown with the Portland Fire earlier this June.
Miles is one of the fiercest competitors in the WNBA. She's not afraid to talk trash to her opponents, and she's not one to hide her feelings when she's frustrated. That said, she will certainly need to be careful if she wants to avoid a suspension.
