WNBA star Natasha Cloud is speaking out on the incident between Las Vegas Aces forward A’ja Wilson and an Indiana Fever fan late in Game 2 on Tuesday night.
Cloud, a veteran guard who spent the 2026 season in Chicago, is demanding that the Indiana Fever “denounce” some behavior from their fan base, while calling out the fan involved.
“& imma be the one to say it’s time for Indy as an organization to start denouncing some (expletive),” she reportedly wrote on Threads. “Mind you he is the 2nd man to take a step towards the court. Wife had to yank him down out of embarrassment.”
She added: “Even worse…. if he’s willing to do that (expletive) in public to a woman he doesn’t know….how do you think he acts in his home? No it’s not our job to continue to fix the problems. Our job is to hoop. & to be safe doing it.”
Fans have taunted opposing athletes for decades in all sorts of different sports. Cloud insinuating that the Indiana Fever fan behaves inappropriately at home because of his “pointing” taunt at Wilson is extremely questionable behavior.

WNBA analyst Robin Lundberg is among those calling Cloud out. Others are saying that she should “apologize” for her comments.
“Yes. Her posts were absurd,” Lundberg shared on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Other WNBA fans agree that Cloud likely crossed the line with her posts.
“I mean, by the same logic, how does A’ja Wilson deal with disagreements in her private life? See how that doesn’t make any sense? Natasha Cloud is taking quite a mental leap here. Come on!” one fan wrote.
“Natasha Cloud appears to reference and criticize the Indiana Fever fan who was approached by A’ja Wilson on Tuesday night, even speculating on his personal life. The fan was determined to have not violated any rule in the fan code of conduct,” one fan added.
Wilson, meanwhile, continues to stand by her behavior.
“If I see a man come at me, taking steps toward me and pointing at me, I don’t give a damn what you said. I don’t give a damn how you said it, the tone, that is unacceptable,” Wilson said after the game. “You don’t know me to step toward me and point at me. I’m not for that (expletive) at all … That there is unacceptable. How he gets back in the game because they said he didn’t do anything, of course he did.”
Game 3 is set for 9 p.m. E.T. on Thursday night.
