Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are currently on a five-game winning streak as they roll into American Airlines Center to face the Dallas Wings on Thursday. Clark scored 24 points and had a game-high seven assists in Indiana’s 101-95 victory over the Toronto Tempo on Tuesday.
For the season, the 6-foot-0 guard has been fantastic, sitting at third in the WNBA in scoring (22.1 points per game) and first in assists (8.3). The Dowling Catholic High School graduate is averaging 2.8 made three-pointers per game on a career-high 35.8% percent from behind-the-arc. The 24-year-old is also averaging a career-high in field goal percentage (44.9%).

The former Iowa Hawkeyes standout has amassed quite the following during her college and professional career. To put it into perspective, Clark’s No. 22 jersey ranked No. 2 overall in basketball jersey sales, according to Fanatics, sandwiched between Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry at No. 1 and Philadelphia 76ers forward LeBron James at No. 3.
Before the game between Indiana and the Dallas Wings, the WNBA reacted to yet another moment highlighting the popularity of the Fever’s superstar guard. On the social media website X, the WNBA posted a video showing droves of fans who traveled to American Airlines Center in support of Clark. In the video, Clark is shown signing autographs on jerseys and memorabilia for fans. In the caption, the league highlighted the love being shown, admiring their dedication in anticipation of Thursday’s game.
