The Bloodline could be heading toward another reunion as its war with 946 takes a dangerous turn. Carmelo Hayes made his shocking return on the October 12 episode of WWE RAW, siding with Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, and Jaida Parker to attack Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso. With the group gaining another ally, the question is who could join The Bloodline to help even the odds.
The rivalry has already seen 946 set fire to The Usos’ vehicle, abduct Solo, and take Jacob Fatu out of action after Jaida ran him over. Hayes’ arrival has made matters worse for the family, especially with Roman Reigns not regularly fighting alongside his brothers.
Below are four possible stars who could become The Bloodline’s fourth member.
1. Roman Reigns Could Reunite the Family
Roman Reigns is the strongest candidate to stand alongside The Bloodline as the faction’s fourth member. The Original Tribal Chief has already been pulled into the conflict with 946, and the group made its intentions clear after confronting him at Money in the Bank.
Reigns subsequently reunited with Solo, Jimmy, and Jey ahead of the premium live event, but his responsibilities as World Heavyweight Champion have kept his attention divided. With Hayes now joining 946, however, the numbers could force Reigns to put his championship business aside and focus on protecting his family.
There is also the unresolved tension between Reigns and Solo. The latter spent months trying to establish himself as the Tribal Chief, but the growing threat from 946 could give the two a common enemy. Solo might have to accept Reigns’ leadership again if he wants to protect his brothers and regain control of the situation.
A reunion would also make sense if WWE plans to build toward a men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series. Reigns, Solo, Jimmy, and Jey would make a formidable four-man lineup, with the possibility of Jacob Fatu returning to complete the team. While a WarGames match has not been confirmed, the ongoing faction rivalry provides a natural foundation for one.
2. Jacob Fatu Could Return for Revenge

Jacob Fatu is another strong possibility, particularly because he has a personal reason to target 946. Jaida Parker ran him over with a vehicle during the September 28 episode of RAW, leaving him out of action. His absence has been a significant blow to The Bloodline, which has struggled to contain 946’s increasingly violent attacks.
A return would give Fatu an immediate target in Parker and the rest of the faction. He would not need to be persuaded to join the fight; he would have his own score to settle. Fatu’s explosive offense and unpredictable temperament could also make him a valuable addition if the feud escalates into a larger faction war.
However, there is a potential complication. “The Samoan Werewolf” has previously operated on his own terms, and his relationship with the rest of The Bloodline has not always been straightforward. Rather than simply falling in line behind his brothers, he could return as an independent force who is willing to cooperate with the family only because they share an enemy.
If Fatu is healthy enough to return, WWE could use his comeback to turn the tide against 946. His arrival would also allow the company to revisit the attack that took him off television while giving the faction rivalry a more personal edge.
3. Zilla Fatu Could Cross Over From NXT
Zilla Fatu could be an intriguing addition to The Bloodline if WWE decides to bring another member of the Anoa’i family into the main roster storyline. Fatu is currently competing on NXT, where he has been involved in a rivalry with Lexis King and the BirthRight faction.
His connection to the Samoan wrestling family makes him a natural candidate for a story involving Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, and The Usos. With 946 gaining momentum after Carmelo Hayes’ return, WWE could use Fatu’s involvement to introduce another powerful relative into the fight.
There is also an opportunity to build his character through the family dynamic. Fatu would not necessarily have to arrive as someone who immediately accepts Roman Reigns as the Tribal Chief. WWE could explore whether he respects Reigns’ leadership or wants to establish his own position within the family.
However, his current NXT commitments make an immediate move to the main roster uncertain. WWE has not confirmed that Fatu will join The Bloodline or become involved in the feud with 946. For now, his name remains a speculative option, but a crossover could give the rivalry another dimension if the company decides to expand the family ranks.
4. Naomi Could Be an Unexpected Ally

Naomi would be a less conventional choice, but her family ties make her another possible ally if WWE decides to expand the story beyond its current male lineup. As Jimmy Uso’s wife and a member of the wider Anoa’i family through marriage, she has a personal connection to the conflict.
Her involvement could also give the story a different direction. Naomi has her own WWE history and would not simply be another member added to a faction for numbers. She could enter the feud to help her family after 946’s latest attack, potentially setting up a confrontation with Jaida Parker.
That said, Naomi joining The Bloodline would require WWE to establish a clear reason for her involvement. The current rivalry has focused primarily on the men’s faction battle, so an intergender conflict would be a significant creative choice. Her appearance as a surprise ally is possible, but there is no confirmation that WWE is considering it.
Roman Reigns remains the strongest candidate to reunite The Bloodline, while Jacob Fatu could return to settle the score with Jaida Parker and 946. Whether WWE brings back a familiar face or introduces an unexpected ally, Carmelo Hayes’ arrival has made the faction war far more difficult for Solo Sikoa and The Usos.
