The referee in charge of the match today is Rubiel Vazquez. Vazquez is a FIFA-certified referee from Florida who officiates in the MLS and international CONCACAF competitions.
His last match as a referee was the MLS match between Nashville and LAFC, played at GEODIS Park on May 17, 2026.

Vazquez was not selected as one of the referees for the 2026 World Cup, but has been a FIFA referee since 2020 and a referee in US Soccer since 2016.
