Ghana defeated Panama 1-0 at Toronto Stadium with a late winner by Caleb Yirenkyi.
The match between England and Ghana will be played at Boston Stadium today. The referee in charge of officiating the game is the Honduran referee Said Martinez.

The CONCACAF referee officiated the Qatar vs Switzerland match at San Francisco Bay Area Stadium on the third day of the competition. He made in the Qatar vs Switzerland game as he became the first Honduras-born official to referee at a men's FIFA World Cup.
Martinez has been listed as a FIFA referee since 2017 and is highly experienced in the CONCACAF region. Martinez became the youngest referee to officiate a Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Honduras match at just 18 years old.
His nickname is the 'El Matemático' or 'The Mathematician' because he holds a university degree in mathematics and previously worked as a math teacher.
For England vs Ghana, Martinez will be joined by fellow Honduran referees and Chinese referees to assist him during the match.
