Aaronson made news days before the World Cup started, as he missed a training session during the USMNT World Cup camp. The 25-year-old star recently married his partner, Milana D'Ambra, but returned to the camp quickly from his wedding to prepare for the World Cup.

Brenden Aaronson and Milana D'Ambra were married days before the 2026 World Cup. This wedding was planned two years ago, according to the couple. Their wedding was planned for May 30, 2026, with Aaronson anticipating the USMNT camp to start on June 1.
Instead, US Soccer announced that the USMNT would have a friendly game against Senegal on May 31, 2026, with camp starting before that date.
The American winger got permission to leave the U.S. camp to get to Manahawkin, New Jersey, for the ceremonies. The Athletic reports that Aaronson was late to the rehearsal dinner, got married on a Friday, and left at 2:30 a.m. on his wedding night for training on Saturday, a day before the Senegal friendly match.
Aaronson and Milana D'Ambra have been together since they were both 16 years old, and they don't have children together. Their wedding was on May 29, 2026, on Long Beach Island in New Jersey.
Milana D'Ambra also plays soccer after playing club soccer for SJEB Rush, and won the State Cup in 2018 and 2019. She played for Temple University, the Temple University Owls. She grew up in Sewell, New Jersey.
