Argentina vs Austria is part of the second matchday of Group J in the 2026 World Cup. Both teams won their first match of the group last week.
A win for either team grants them a spot in the knockout stages of the tournament. Argentina defeated Algeria 3-0 with a hat-trick from Lionel Messi, and Austria defeated Jordan 3-1.
The match will be played at Dallas Stadium, and many have Argentina as the favorite to win the match today over Austria.
For the first match of the day, FOX will have Darren Fletcher and Owen Hargreaves as the commentary duo for the match.

The commentary duo of Fletcher and Hargreaves has already called 2026 World Cup games. The previous World Cup games they called were Canada’s opener vs. Bosnia-Herzegovina, Portugal vs. DR Congo, Netherlands vs. Japan, and Mexico vs. South Korea.
