The USMNT will be playing in the 2026 World Cup as one of the host nations this summer. This World Cup marks the second time the United States has hosted a World Cup since the 1994 World Cup.
The USMNT will play all three of its group stage matches in the United States, with most games located on the West Coast of the country. USA is in Group D with Paraguay, Australia, and Turkiye.
Their opening match will be played on June 12, 2026, against Paraguay at the Los Angeles Stadium, also known as SoFi Stadium. The match will kick off at 6 p.m. local time at the Los Angeles Stadium in Inglewood, California.
The match will kick off at 9 p.m. ET/ 8 p.m. CT in the United States this Friday.

The USMNT's World Cup Schedule
After the first match against Paraguay, the USMNT will have a week to prepare for their second group stage match of Group D, which is against Australia at Seattle Stadium (Lumen Field).
The match against Australia will kick off at 3 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. PT in the United States. The match will kick off at 12 p.m. local time at Seattle Stadium (Lumen Field) on June 19, 2026.
Their final group stage match will be against Turkiye on June 25, 2026, at Los Angeles Stadium (SoFi Stadium). The match will kick off at 7 p.m. local time in Inglewood, California. The match will kick off at 10 p.m. ET / 9 p.m. CT in the United States.
If the USMNT advances to the knockout stages, the Round of 32 match for Team USA will be June 29, June 30, July 1, or July 3, depending on the position of the USMNT in the group.
