It’s been almost two months since the Golden State Warriors lost their star guard to injury. Stephen Curry has been dealing with a bone bruise in his right knee.
Following a recent re-evaluation, reports indicate he is healing well, but the medical staff remains cautious with the 38-year-old. He has been ruled out for the upcoming game against the Brooklyn Nets.
Amid this, Curry recently appeared on Michelle Obama's podcast, "IMO with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson," alongside his wife, Ayesha Curry. Among other topics, he also touched on what lies ahead for the star.
"17th year in the league, we’ll see how many more years on the court and hopefully it’s not over too soon," he revealed. "But it is at that stage where you start to think about, appreciate every year. But then after that, who knows? We’re very bad at predicting the future, at least I am."

Curry was drafted by the Warriors in 2009 with the No. 7 overall pick. Since then, he has become not only one of the best players in franchise history but also one of the greatest of all time.
The two-time NBA MVP has played 1,065 games for Golden State, averaging 24.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 6.3 assists. He has led the team to four championships.
This year, he last stepped on the court against the Detroit Pistons on January 30. The Warriors hold a 34-38 record and have struggled with key injuries. Curry, however, is expected to return for the final few games of the season.
"I can tell you with pretty good faith that if he’s cleared to play, I will play him," head coach Steve Kerr said on "95.7 The Game". He explained that medical staff Rick Celebrini will still monitor Curry for a few more days.
