The scandal involving the Tulsa National Little League has officially come to an end.
It was reported earlier this week that Tulsa’s Little League Team was removed from the Southwest Region Tournament for having an ineligible player on the roster. However, the Tulsa National Little League was granted a temporary restraining order from Judge Ryan Luna of the 414th District Court.
Moments ago, the Little League World Series confirmed that Tulsa's temporary restraining order has been vacated in court. As a result, they've been eliminated from the Southwest Region Tournament.
"We appreciate the Court’s timely and considered decision to vacate the Temporary Restraining Order, allowing enforcement of the Tournament Committee’s decision to remove Tulsa National Little League from the Southwest Region Tournament and declare its previous game a forfeit. The decision upholds our commitment to a fair and equitable experience for all children based on our Official Rules, Regulations, and Operating Policies," their statement read.
"We empathize with the children of Tulsa National Little League and the likely disappointment this decision has caused. We recognize how memorable the Little League experience is for all children and the critical role that parents and adult volunteers are entrusted with to ensure that every child is cared for, treated fairly, and afforded a safe and positive experience. We sincerely hope that those adults entrusted with operating the Little League program recognize the responsibility they bear toward the children in their care and act accordingly—with integrity, fairness, respect, and a commitment to the mission of the Little League program. Due to the legal nature of this matter, we are unable to provide any additional information at this time. We look forward to welcoming Boerne Little League to Williamsport for an incredible Little League World Series experience."

Right decision for the LLWS?
For the most part, fans of the Little League World Series are thrilled with this ruling.
"The right decision … good job. Hope Texas West makes a run at it all and more importantly the Oklahoma adults feel the shame they should," Rico Bosco of Barstool Sports said.
"Nightmare is over. Tulsa National clearly broke the rules and Southwest champion Boerne, Texas takes its rightful place at the Little League World Series," one person replied.
"Excellent work," another fan wrote on X.
Since Tulsa is officially out of the tournament, Texas West is moving on to Williamsport for the Little League World Series.
