The Tennessee Titans will be a popular team in fantasy this season, as there are many players that they added who will be worth selecting. On the other hand, ESPN believes there are some others that fans should be staying away from this year.
ESPN Believes Drafting Tony Pollard Is a No-Go

"Tennessee Titans starter Tony Pollard will likely fall short of his fifth consecutive 1,000-yard rushing season. He's neither terribly efficient nor much of a pass catcher, and the Titans must do better. Again, perhaps Pollard is merely your flex option, but I'd prefer to aim higher," Eric Karabell said in his explanation.
The running back room for the Titans will be led by Tony Pollard, who is the veteran back entering his third season with the Titans. While he has been the workhorse for the Titans, it seems that his production could slow down now that he is getting close to 30 and the Titans have selected Nick Singleton. ESPN believes that Pollard could be usable, but drafters should shoot higher than him.

"Rookie WRs look good on fantasy draft day in comparison to boring, uninspiring veterans because they haven't failed yet. They rocked in college and went in the early rounds of the NFL draft. The 2025 draft featured WRs Travis Hunter Jr., Tetairoa McMillan, Emeka Egbuka, Matthew Golden, Jayden Higgins, Luther Burden III, Tre' Harris and Jack Bech in the top 60. Two of them finished among the top 50 WR scorers. While I kind of like Carnell Tate and Makai Lemon, they will be overdrafted, and so will Jordyn Tyson, KC Concepcion, Omar Cooper Jr., Denzel Boston and Germie Bernard. What's so wrong with veterans Wan'Dale Robinson, Jordan Addison and Quentin Johnston instead," Karabell said when detailing Robinson should be considered over Tate.
While fans may believe that Tate will slide in the fantasy drafts that they may have, it seems more unlikely due to the fact that he was drafted within the first five selections and is expected to be the No. 1 wide receiver on the roster for the Titans this season.
Instead, getting a slot receiver like Robinson would be more beneficial thanks to the ongoing success that he has had receiving the ball compared to the others, and also knowing the scheme more. Robinson will also be used more thanks to the pressure that Ward will face this season after facing a 55-sack season a year ago.
