Travis Kelce isn't going anywhere.
The 36-year-old NFL tight end is set to officially hit free agency on Monday afternoon. However, while the three-time Super Bowl-winning tight end is expected to receive interest from other NFL teams, that interest will not be reciprocated. Kelce, who has considered retirement the past two NFL offseasons, is remaining in Kansas City.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported on Monday morning, March 9, that Kelce's team has officially communicated to rival NFL clubs that he will be staying put in Kansas City. The future Hall of Fame tight end will be back for a 14th NFL season in Kansas City.

Rapoport broke the big news on Monday morning.
"Back for more: #Chiefs future Hall of Fame TE Travis Kelce is expected to return to Kansas City for a 14th season, a message that’s been delivered to teams who will want him. At 36, Kelce’s play was at its usual level, landing him in the Pro Bowl. He’s loyal to KC & will stay," he reported.
Rapoport added that Kelce likely could have gotten more money elsewhere, but he wanted to stay put in Kansas City and try to win another Super Bowl, catching passes from Patrick Mahomes.
"Travis Kelce would have commanded top dollar in the TE market. But he'd rather stay with the Chiefs, catch passes from Patrick Mahomes, and have a shot at another Super Bowl," the NFL Network insider added.
The 36-year-old tight end is coming off another strong season. Kelce caught 76 passes for 851 yards and five touchdowns, averaging 11.2 yards per catch.
It's set to be a big year for Kelce, too.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is expected to marry his fiancee, Taylor Swift, later this year.
