Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce didn't have the best season in 2025. In 17 games played, he recorded 76 receptions for 851 yards and five touchdowns. While it was a better showing compared to the previous year, his production didn't translate to a lot of wins for the team.
The Chiefs finished with a 6-11 record and missed the playoffs for the first time in the Patrick Mahomes era. It certainly didn't help that the star QB got injured in Week 15 and missed the remainder of the season.
Regardless, it was certainly a season to forget for Kelce and the rest of the Chiefs, especially after years of being Super Bowl contenders.
Despite that, however, there's no denying that Kelce just had the best offseason of his life. After all, he tied the knot with pop superstar Taylor Swift.

Kelce and Swift, who were first linked in 2023 and got engaged in 2025, got married on July 3 in a star-studded but highly private ceremony at Madison Square Garden. So far, no images from the ceremony and celebration have been released.
On Wednesday, during the Chiefs' training camp, Kelce addressed his wedding to Swift. Aside from sharing how he feels about the life-changing moment, though, his comment stood out for another reason: he called Swift "my wife."
"I always told myself I'd go for a playoff game when the Knicks were rocking, and my wife went when I was stuck in mini-camp," Kelce said of his wedding at MSG. "I didn't get my opportunity to go then, so it's kind of cool to be able to, you know, live out my childhood dream of being in that venue, the Mecca of all sports venues."
Fans took notice of what Kelce called Swift and shared their reactions in the comment section.
"MY WIFE," a commenter wrote. Another one said, "'My WIFE!' I loveeeee how that SOUNDS!!!!!"
"We love to see a man who loves his lady!" a fan added.
A supporter shared, "His face when he said 'my wife'... he loved it."
"Ugh I LOVE hearing him say MY WIFE," a poster added.
A sixth follower stated, "That smile as he says 'my wife.'"
