Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen announced their divorce in the fall of 2022. The power couple, which had been married for roughly a decade, announced their separation during the middle of the football season.
"With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce. My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart," Bundchen explained. "We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care and attention they greatly deserve."
She continued: "The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always."
While Brady has remained single since the divorce, Bundchen moved on quickly. She began dating her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, who she worked with while married to Brady. Quickly, Bundchen and Valente welcomed their first child into the world.

Bundchen publicly celebrated her new relationship on social media this week.
"What a special place!☀️✨," she wrote, sharing a photo of her young son.
On her 46th birthday, she added: "I feel so grateful for this new cycle that is beginning and for all the adventures that lie ahead. May the love and kindness you share return to each of you a thousandfold. ❤️✨"
Brady, meanwhile, continues to be 'stunned' by Bundchen moving on so quickly
While Brady remains single, Bundchen continues to tout her new relationship. Brady is believed to be "stunned" by this.
“Tom was in absolute shock,” an insider told Radar about Bundchen moving on so quickly. “She’s been pregnant for months now, and he just found out!”
It's unclear, meanwhile, how Brady and Bundchen feel about each other now. Bundchen appeared to snub Brady in her Father's Day post, not naming him. They share two children together.
“Happy Father’s Day @joaquimvalente !” she wrote. “Thank you for leading by example, and for the values you embody, love, humility, integrity, discipline, kindness and consistency. You are an incredible role model. We are all so grateful for you, and we love you so much. And dad, thank you for your unconditional love, wisdom, and support through every stage of my life.”
Hopefully, they're not on the worst of terms.
