Fitness and sports are Tom Brady's life and he's clearly passed at least some of that mindset onto his kids mentally if not genetically.
In a recent video on Instagram, Brady shared some footage of him and his daughter Vivian doing a little bit of volleyball practice outside at night. He joked that Vivian might even be a future Olympian due to how much she enjoys practicing.
"Saturday nights with my future Olympian... I think I finally found someone who likes practice more than I did," Brady wrote, adding a laughing emoji.
One proud papa
Users on X were delighted to see Brady playing with his daughter. Though some of the powers that be in the higher levels of volleyball were also pretty intrigued by what Brady's 13-year-old daughter can do.
"Putting in the work! Swing by the National Team gym anytime! 🇺🇸," USA Volleyball wrote in the replies.
"That's some major energy right there," Major League Volleyball replied.
"Everywhere is a gym if you want it to be," a third user remarked.

"This does my volleyball loving heart so much good!"
"A WAY TO MAKE VOLLEYBALL 🏐 A TREND, DAUGHTER & DAD EVENING TRAINING."
"We might be looking at a new prospect here."
"Practice makes perfect. I love this. She is really good!"
At 13 years of age, Vivian Brady is a long ways away from competing at the pro or even amateur level. But she's been growing quickly and is already estimated to be about 5-foot-11. That's pretty ideal size for playing volleyball.
