Like their fellow AFC teams Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs, the Buffalo Bills have started the season strong with a 3-0 record. However, NFL legend Tom Brady couldn’t help but point out how their recent performance could be a problem later on.

In Week 3, the Bills faced off against the Los Angeles Chargers and secured a 24-16 win. Nonetheless, the victory didn’t come easy, with Josh Allen failing to throw for a touchdown and being intercepted twice.

While the Bills QB did rush for two TD scores, it was far from being the best game for him and the squad. In fact, head coach Joe Brady criticized his team and called their overall performance “unacceptable,” especially since Buffalo committed five turnovers and 10 penalties for 88 yards.

TB12, for his part, acknowledged that the Bills showed the depth of their talent despite the ugly win. But he emphasized that Allen and company won’t always be able to get away with a win with such a performance.

“That was a lot of ugly football,” Brady wrote. “I mean, look, there were a lot of crazy plays happening. It was really fun to call, and I love seeing the Bills play and I love seeing the Chargers play. But the Bills, they had five turnovers. Five turnovers, and a win! That shows the talent the Bills team has. They’re not going to be able to get away with that later in the season, though.”

Brady still had the Bills at No. 3 in his power rankings, behind the San Francisco 49ers and Chiefs. However, it’s clear that Buffalo’s latest showing has raised some concerns for the NFL legend.

It remains to be seen whether the Bills can play better football in Week 4 and change Brady’s mind. They are set to defend their undefeated record against the New England Patriots at home on Sunday.
