Training camp is in full swing across the NFL, and the Tennessee Titans have officially wrapped up their first week of practices. After several days of individual periods, team periods, and media sessions, a handful of players have already begun separating themselves, while others have seen their stock trend in the opposite direction.
Here are my biggest winners and losers from the first week of Titans training camp as the team prepares for another week of work before its preseason opener.

The biggest winner from the first week of training camp was Elic Ayomanor. Ayomanor emerged as one of the Titans' biggest standouts, finishing multiple practices with at least one touchdown reception while making several other explosive plays throughout the week. Although he is expected to serve in a rotational role at wide receiver, his stock continues to rise as he consistently shines throughout training camp.
Another winner from training camp was Hendon Hooker. Although he was limited in what he was asked to do, the talented quarterback made the most of every opportunity he received. In fact, he finished as the most efficient quarterback in several drills, including the accuracy competition that all four quarterbacks participated in throughout the first week of camp. If Hooker is given a legitimate opportunity to climb the depth chart, there's reason to believe he can do just that.

One player I was personally excited to watch during training camp was Marcus Harris. While little was said about him throughout the first week, most of what emerged wasn't particularly positive. He was often on the receiving end of Elic Ayomanor's strong performances and struggled to capitalize on his opportunities in team periods. Harris is expected to be the Titans' starting slot cornerback this season, meaning he will regularly be matched up against talented receivers. If the Titans are going to win games this season, they will need Harris to perform at a much higher level.
Another player who struggled during the first week of training camp was Dan Moore Jr. That's not the kind of news Titans fans want to hear, considering he is expected to be the team's starting left tackle and Cam Ward's blindside protector in 2026. Unfortunately for Moore Jr., he endured a difficult week against Jermaine Johnson II, who consistently got the better of him throughout the practices. He will need to bounce back quickly if he hopes to solidify the left tackle position, and the Titans need him to do so to give Ward the protection he needs this season.
