All it took was a blast from the past for Heidi Klum to break the internet this Thursday.
Klum, 52, is widely considered one of the most iconic models of her generation. She got her big break in 1998 when she appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. It wasn't long before she became the first German model to be named a Victoria's Secret Angel.
The nine-time SI Swimsuit model made headlines this week when she exposed a client of hers in the fashion industry.
"I remember I had one client. When I was pregnant, they did not want to work with me anymore," Klum said. "They thought that I was not sexy anymore, because I was now a mother. You didn't see a lot of pregnant women on television. I was pregnant with all my kids always on the show, and it was a challenge for me, because pregnancy clothes were really hard to find at the time."

So why is Klum trending yet again this week? On Thursday afternoon, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shared a few throwback photos of Klum holding a monkey on the beach while sporting a bikini.
"We’ll be your mommy," SI Swimsuit wrote for the caption.
Unsurprisingly, these old photos of Klum grabbed everyone's attention on Instagram.
Klum hasn't appeared in an issue of SI Swimsuit in several years. It's unclear if she'd ever consider a return to the iconic magazine.
The 2026 issue of SI Swimsuit will be released this spring. Maybe, just maybe, Klum will be featured in it.
