The Tennessee Titans' second week of training camp is now over, and there were multiple players who could be viewed as winners, while others seemed to take a step back. Among all of the players on the roster, these three seemed to take a step back the most.
Jackson Slater, Guard

Jackson Slater is on a track down after beginning the training camp as one of the players in a position battle. His primary battle was with Cordell Volson, who is expected to become the starting guard for the Titans if things continue to play out this way.
However, Fernando Carmona has been more active and working his way up. He could even find himself as the primary backup at the position. He has received some first-team reps and has held his own. This is a bad sign for Slater, as he continues to fall behind the pack.
Joey Slye, Kicker

For those who have been keeping up with training camp recently, this should come as no shock, as Joey Slye is the biggest stock-down player from the second week of the event, in my opinion. To close the week, the kicker would finish with multiple missed field goals, as on Friday during a scrimmage he missed one, and on Thursday he finished with three missed field goals in just one practice.
Slye has the chance to become a backup kicker, as the Titans have been working out kickers recently. Slye will either have to play a bench role or fix his kicking during the third week of training camp.
Mitchell Trubisky, Quarterback

Mitchell Trubisky has been in an active training camp battle against Will Levis, as both quarterbacks have the chance to be the primary backup behind Cam Ward. When it comes to the battle currently, Levis seems to be the option rising to the occasion, which is weird considering it was the complete opposite a week ago for the Titans.
Trubisky needs to get the plane back on route if he wants to be the No. 2 this season, but before then it seems he is a stock down.
