The Tennessee Titans won their first preseason game, as they defeated the San Francisco 49ers 19-13 on Thursday night. While there were many key position groups and moments, there were also some bad performances. Here are three players fans need to know about.
Carnell Tate - Wide Receiver

No one entered the game with more eyes on them than Carnell Tate. Unfortunately for the fans who were hopeful for a great performance, that wasn't the case, as the Titans wide receiver didn't even finish the game with a catch. He was targeted three times and finished the game with no receptions, which also means he had no yards and no touchdowns. Tate will need to have a better performance next week if he wants to keep a grasp on the fans cheering him on.
Cor'Dale Flott - Cornerback
Cor'Dale Flott was the player with the most disappointing performance on the day, in my opinion. He finished as one of the worst coverage cornerbacks of the night and was tortured in his three drives with the team. He was mainly guarding De'Zhaun Stribling, who finished the contest with nearly double-digit catches, most of which were against Flott. This isn't a good sign, considering he is expected to be one of the better players on the roster as a whole. Flott, I am watching closely moving forward, as he has no choice but to be better.
Will Levis - Quarterback

Will Levis was the worst quarterback of the night, as he finished the game going 3/8. He didn't seem comfortable in the offense and really seemed to struggle. I believe he will be fine when he gets more developed and better equipped in the new scheme, but when it comes to the quarterbacks, he was dead last, following behind the likes of Hendon Hooker, Mitchell Trubisky, and Cam Ward. He will need to have a better game next week.
