The Tennessee Titans were one of the teams that were able to pull out a victory in their first preseason contest on Thursday night. They were victorious in their game against the San Francisco 49ers. While some things were bad, there were also some players on the team who had an awesome performance. None more than these three.
Joey Slye - Kicker

The Titans were originally looking for a new kicker after he had multiple bad days, but recently he has started to get back in the groove of things. In fact, he was the best performer in the Titans' game and is the reason they were able to win. Slye finished the game with a total of four field goals and was successful when it comes to the PAT. He finished with a total of 13 points in the game, which was the same amount of points that the 49ers scored in total.
Julius Chestnut - Running Back

Julius Chestnut was the running back who stood out the most, as he averaged nearly 10 yards per carry on his five attempts. He also finished the contest with the most rushing yards, with a total of 47 yards. I feel that this was a big moment for the Titans back to solidify himself as one that needs to stay on the team, even if it's just as a rotational running back.
Oluwafemi Oladejo - EDGE

Watching Oluwafemi Oladejo was an honor. He was a monster for the Titans, looking exactly how they wanted him to look when they drafted him out of UCLA. He did everything the right way, as he was quick and strong, while also setting the edge in a manner that no one else did on Thursday. He looked fluid and was able to get into the backfield more than any other player, including hitting the QB once, while also finishing the day with two tackles for loss. Watch out, NFL; Oladejo is an incoming wrecking ball.
