The Tennessee Titans are 6-33 over their last 39 games dating back to the firing of Mike Vrabel at the end of the 2023 season. They are currently 0-5 and riding a seven-game losing streak, which doesn’t appear to be ending anytime soon.
In response to their latest embarrassing loss to the Houston Texans, in which the Titans scored fewer points in a game (three) than the neighboring Nashville SC soccer team scored goals a few days later (four), Titans insider Easton Freeze of A to Z Sports created an online survey which nearly 8,000 fans responded to.
After calculating the results, the message was clear: Titans owner Amy Adams Strunk and her second-in-command, team president Burke Nihill, have no confidence from the fan base.
Out of 7,806 responses to the question “My current opinion of Titans owner Amy Adams Strunk is,” 3,441 gave her a score of 1 (very negative). Another 1,171 gave her a score of 2 and 1,300 gave her a 3. That’s over 75-percent of fans taking time out of their day to fill out a lengthy survey, not just click a button on an easy poll, expressing overwhelming dissatisfaction with the owner.
In a follow-up question, 57.5-percent of respondents gave Strunk heavy blame for the Titans’ current struggles.
The Team Responds
Freeze reached out to the team and received a response from Nihill, who is empowered to speak on Strunk’s behalf on all issues relating to the team. In his response, Nihill said that the team looks forward to reading the results of the survey and learning from it.
“We appreciate any and all feedback that our fans take the time to provide, whether it comes through our post-game surveys, emails and calls, or the conversations that happen in between. Every response tells us something about what it means to be a Titans fan, and we don’t take that for granted. We want to win, and we want to hear about the experience fans are having, both in the stadium and away from it, and what we can do better to earn their trust. That trust is not given, it’s earned, and we know it’s our job to keep earning it. We look forward to reading the results of this survey, learning from what our fans have to say, and using their voices to guide us as we work to build something they can be proud of,” Nihill said.

The Titans have endured four straight seasons of 10 or more losses and are coming off back-to-back 3-14 campaigns.
Strunk and Nihill may have delivered a new stadium to the fan base, which is set to open in 2027. But if the results don’t improve, those stadium seats for the big opening will either be filled with opposing fans or simply left empty.
