Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs opened their 2026 NFL campaign with a home matchup against the Denver Broncos on Monday night. This marked their first game of the season at Arrowhead Stadium, and it came as no surprise that Taylor Swift was in attendance.
Swift has been a regular at Chiefs home games since she started dating Kelce in 2023. It was no different on Monday night as Kelce and Co. kicked off the new NFL season at Arrowhead against their division rivals.
The Chiefs scored their second touchdown of the night in the second quarter. Patrick Mahomes threw a pass to Rashee Rice, who ran to the end zone for a 13-yard TD. Kansas City went up 14-7 after the extra point.
The cameras caught Swift’s immediate reaction to the score as she celebrated inside the VIP box.
Swift was seen jumping around as she celebrated the touchdown. She also high-fived and embraced Hollywood A-lister Tom Cruise, who was wearing a black jacket. The brief clip also showed her mother-in-law, Donna Kelce, who was in a Travis Kelce No. 87 jersey on the left side of the shot.
Swift is expected to continue supporting Kelce this season. This was her first Chiefs game as Mrs. Kelce after the two tied the knot in a high-profile Madison Square Garden wedding during the offseason.
The Chiefs have positioned themselves to secure an important win on opening night. As of this writing, they are up 21-7 with eight minutes left in the third quarter.
