Stephanie White and the Indiana Fever looked to finish the 2026 WNBA season strong on Thursday, hitting the road to face Napheesa Collier and the Minnesota Lynx with playoff implications on the line. Then the Fever will head into the first round, looking to bounce back after a semifinal exit in 2025.
With about 3:30 remaining in the third quarter, the Fever trailed 74-38 and had already lost Aliyah Boston to an injury. Indiana guard Ty Harris then attempted to spark Indiana by attacking the rim. But after going up for a layup, she collided with Minnesota forward Nia Coffey and rolled her ankle as she hit the floor.
Harris stayed down on the court for a while as her trainers and teammates surrounded her, before eventually getting carried off the court and into the locker room.

The Fever were already without their star forward in Boston, who went down with an injury of her own earlier in the game. And shortly after Harris left the game in Minnesota, Indiana announced that she was ruled out with a left ankle injury, leaving the Fever potentially without two players entering the playoffs.
Harris had played 11 minutes during the Fever vs. Lynx game on Thursday, tallying four points and two assists in 11 minutes of action. The former Dallas Wings guard has now appeared in 39 games in her debut season with Indiana, averaging 4.1 points, 1.1 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
“Injury Update: Ty Harris (left ankle) will not return to tonight’s game,” the Indiana Fever wrote on X.
So with the WNBA Playoffs looming and the regular season wrapped up, White and the Fever will await further word on both Boston and Harris, hoping to get them back before the first round begins.
