Sophie Cunningham has been a major factor for the Indiana Fever in the 2026 season. In their first eight games of the season, she averaged 9.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists, primarily as a backup guard.
Cunningham is Indiana's leading scorer off the bench, and she averages the third-most minutes on the team with 24.1.
Aside from establishing herself as a key cog for Indiana, however, Cunningham has also made a name for herself as a fashion trendsetter in the WNBA. She recently went viral after wearing a Victoria's Secret outfit and a USA World Cup jacket at recent games.

On Thursday, ahead of the Fever's showdown with the Atlanta Dream, Cunningham was back at it again with her head-turning outfit choices. This time, she wore a black one-piece swimsuit that features a front zipper and sheer mesh panels.
Cunningham paired the daring attire with black leather shorts, turning her swimsuit into a chic-looking bodysuit.
"Sophie outfit [fire]," an impressed fan wrote on the Fever's post about their players' outfits. Another one said, "[Expletive] Sophie."
"Sophie is another level," a commenter wrote. A supporter added. "Sophie [queen]."
"#cunningham is [tea]," a fifth social media user wrote, along with heart and fire emojis.
It's worth noting that the swimsuit Cunningham wore appeared to be the same one she had during her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit photoshoot in the offseason.
Cunningham is already considered one of the best-dressed players in the WNBA today, and she only proved Thursday night that she also has an eye for fashion with her latest pregame outfit.
