The Dallas Cowboys selected wide receiver Dez Bryant out of Oklahoma State with the No. 24 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. In his eight seasons (2010 to 2017) with the team, he lived up to expectations.

By the time his stint with Dallas ended, he'd cemented himself into the franchise's impressive history. He ranked third in targets (909), fourth in receptions (531), fifth in yards (7,459) and first in touchdowns (73). All three of his Pro Bowl nods and one First-Team All-Pro selection also came with the Cowboys.

While he hasn't played in the NFL since 2020, his time with football is far from over. However, he is now a spectator as his son, Dez Bryant Jr., prepares for a collegiate career.

The wide receiver out of Southlake, Texas is an unranked recruit in the 2028 cycle, according to 247Sports. On Monday, Bryant Jr. announced he received a scholarship offer from the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

It's the same school his father spent three seasons at from 2007 to 2009. He earned All-American honors as a sophomore, racking up 87 receptions, 1,480 yards (second in FBS) and 19 touchdowns (tied for second in FBS).

This isn't the first team to show interest in Bryant Jr., though. He also has scholarship offers from the Kentucky Wildcats, SMU Mustangs, Texas A&M Aggies and Sacramento State Hornets.

During an Under Armour camp in Dallas on March 1, the wide receiver checked in at 5-foot-9 and 176 pounds. He had a 4.46-second 40-yard dash, a 4.18-second shuttle, a 28.0" vertical jump and a 110.7" broad jump.

While Bryant Jr. has several schools to choose from, Oklahoma State's connection to his father might give the Cowboys an edge in his recruitment.
