Caitlin Clark came up big for the Indiana Fever in their narrow 78-76 win over the Washington Mystics on Monday. She finished with 19 points, three rebounds, five assists and one steal in nearly 31 minutes of action.
Most importantly, Clark delivered when it mattered most, drilling the game-winning 3-pointer with 1.2 seconds left. She was able to free herself up from the Mystics' defense, and after Cotie McMahon's failed attempt to steal the ball, the Fever All-Star had the space and an open look to make the shot.
After the game, the Fever shared a slow-motion video of the play. Naturally, fans shared plenty of praises for Clark, especially for the way she came up clutch and made up for the two missed free throws in crunch time.

However, many also took notice of Sophie Cunningham's pass to Clark. It was Cunningham who inbounded the ball that set up the game-winner, and fans pointed out how she perfectly delivered the ball to the sharpshooter.
As mentioned, Cunningham's pass was precise enough to not let McMahon reach it, thereby allowing Clark to get the best look for the 31-foot triple.
