Chicago Sky coach Tyler Marsh is in the hot seat after a series of Instagram stories were posted by Skylar Diggins.
The Chicago guard said in her posts that she will now be coming off the bench. She also said that she has been good and quiet despite the struggles that the Sky is facing.
Currently, Chicago has a 6-14 record after back-to-back losses to the defending WNBA champions, the Las Vegas Aces. In those two games, Diggins had a total of 26 points on 9-of-25 shooting.
The 12-year veteran has played and started in 19 games this season. After her recent posts, however, it has become clear that she is coming off the bench in their next game.

On Sunday, Coach Marsh confirmed the news of his point guard losing her starting spot.
"It's a coach's decision,” he said. “It's my decision. And the conversations that me and Skylar had will stay between us.”
Marsh also noted that he expects the seven-time WNBA All-Star to remain relevant even if she comes off the bench.
“She understands how effective she can still be and how big of a piece that she is for us on this team". Marsh continued.
Diggins is averaging 14.2 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists this season. She has been an integral part of the Sky’s offense despite the losing 6-14 record.
However, Chicago will now look to shake things up after 20 games. Their next opponent will be the Phoenix Mercury at the Mortgage Matchup Center on Tuesday.
