While Shai Gilgeous-Alexander didn't play in the NBA All-Star Weekend game due to an abdominal strain, he showed out on the red carpet.
The NBA All-Star Weekend took place in Los Angeles on Feb. 13-15 with the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, Slam Dunk, 3-Point Contest, and the 75th All-Star Game to conclude the three-day events.
SGA showed up to the All-Star Game with a brown leather crocodile jacket, brown courdoroy pants, and matching sneakers. What really threw this outfit together was the outfit together was his mixed brown fur scarf.
Another outfit SGA pulled off was a black leather jacket, brown button-up with green details and red tie, black dress pants, with matching dress shoes.
The outfit that seemed to be his favorite of the weekend, as he had several photos of it in his post, was a laid-back look that featured a vintage 1962–63 Kansas Jayhawks basketball jersey originally worn by Jay Roberts. He added camo pants, an oversized short-sleeve cardigan, and his Shai 001 camo sneakers, that have yet to be released.
Towards the end of his post, he rocked an all-white outfit that consisted of a plain white t-shirt, baggy white pants, and the brown shoes from his red carpet outfit during All-Star Weekend.
"You do a lot of barking, but I’m better with the bite. You’re like Scottie, bc I’m better with the rock, & you’re better with the Mic," Shai captioned the photo dump with lyrics from the
"My Philosophy" by Boogie Down Productions.
The outfits went over well with his followers, with several commenting:

Fans are awaiting the release of SGA's Converse Shai 001 Camo, which the NBA MVP debuted at All-Star Weekend. This shoe is special due to the fact that it is the first time that his signature shoe will feature a print. The only other time that Shai's shoes had multiple colors on them was the Christmas edition of the shoe, which had a green zipper.
Converse Shai 001 Camo will feature a majority of forest green camouflage on the upper and tongue as well as that forest green throughout the remainder of the shoe.
SGA's Converse Shai 001 Camo will be released on April 3 via the official Converse website and authorized retailers. The shoe will retail at $130.
