Wimbledon is over, the World Cup ended on Sunday and we're still more than a month away from football season.
But, thankfully, we have the SEC coaches to keep us busy with their offseason comments.
The SEC Media Days are underway on Monday morning. And we've already got some SEC head coaches complaining about the league's schedule. The SEC is moving to a 9-game conference schedule - the same as the Big Ten - but many coaches within the league feel that it's unfair.
SEC coaches believe they face a tougher schedule than Big Ten teams. They are voicing their complaints at SEC Media Days on Monday.

Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz said he and LSU Tigers head coach Lane Kiffin agree: the SEC shouldn't be playing a 9-game conference schedule.
The two head coaches believe that it's unfair for the SEC teams to have to play a tough 9-game conference schedule, when Big Ten teams get an apparently easier road - at least according to those within the SEC.
SEC coaches sound off on 'unfair' schedule
Drinkwitz said at SEC Media Days on Monday morning that the SEC teams play tougher non-conference games, while now playing a tough 9-game conference schedule on top of that.
"Missouri’s Eli Drinkwitz says SEC coaches already regret moving to a nine-game conference schedule. He says Lane Kiffin has long been in front saying a move from eight games would be an issue. Drinkwitz points to Big Ten not required to play A4 non-conference opponent," Brandon Marcello shared on X.
The trash talk is beginning early, it seems.
The Big Ten, meanwhile, has won the past three College Football Playoff national championships.
