Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay is making the media rounds at the NFL owners meetings in Phoenix, Arizona on Monday morning.
The Super Bowl-winning head coach has already made one big declaration in Phoenix: the rule change proposed by the Cleveland Browns has a 0 percent chance of getting passed by the league.
The Browns proposed that the NFL change its trade rules, to allow for teams to trade draft picks up to five years into the future. Currently, NFL teams are only allowed to trade picks three years into the future. The Browns want to be able to trade picks further out.
However, McVay, appearing on Kay Adams' show on Monday morning, made it clear that he knows the rule change proposal will not get passed.

McVay said that there's no way the rule change proposal gets passed.
"There’s a 0% chance that goes through," McVay told Adams.
“If there’s one thing that you can bet Vegas odds on, it’s that’s not getting through.”
NFL fans seem to be in agreement, too
NFL fans seem to be in agreement that there's no way the rule change gets passed by the league.
"League would never let that rule through because Sean knows he and Les gonna really say (expletive) them picks," one fan wrote.
"The league loves all in until somebody tries to mortgage a future they can’t control," one fan added.
"He knows that Les Snead is gonna trade all 5 picks for TJ Watt," one fan joked.
"Browns are desperate to be able to trade picks since they are stuck with Watson’s terrible contract," one fan added.
It was a bold proposal by Cleveland, but it's apparently not happening.
