The Seattle Seahawks suffered a major blow in free agency after running back Kenneth Walker III signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. However, they may have already found a long-term replacement.
After losing the Super Bowl MVP, the Seahawks selected Notre Dame Fighting Irish running back Jadarian Price with the No. 32 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. He joins Seattle after a three-year career with Notre Dame, racking up 1,692 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns.
While Price will face pressure to make an immediate impact, his status as a first-round pick helped increase his popularity and personal brand. That's something he continuously capitalized on with the Fighting Irish.

During his collegiate career, one of his most notable partnerships came with Powerade. On Friday, one day after being selected, he revealed another exciting opportunity. Price announced a new partnership with Oral-B and Crest.
"Dreams like this take a team #Ad Since day one, I’ve had the right people behind me to make sure I smiled through the grind. And @Crest and @OralB make sure my smile stays ready for every big moment ahead," he wrote via an Instagram post.
As the No. 32 pick in the draft, he is projected to sign a four-year, $16.78 million contract, according to Spotrac. While it's an impressive amount of money, capitalizing on these off-field partnerships will continue to add up.
With his latest deal announced, Price now prepares for his future in the NFL. The Seahawks are allowed to hold their three-day rookie minicamp from either May 1-4 or May 8-11. With high expectations, he is looking to have immediate success in Seattle's backfield.
