Jed York, the owner and CEO of the San Francisco 49ers, was arrested in Ohio over the weekend.
The 46-year-old Youngstown, Ohio native was reportedly arrested for disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools, according to reports out of East Palestine, Ohio. York, the grandson of of former owner Eddie DeBartolo Jr. and the son of Denise DeBartolo York and Dr. John York, pleaded no contest on Monday morning.
York was arrested Sunday in East Palestine and posted $5,000 bond.
The 49ers owner was reportedly sentenced to two days in jail, to be served concurrently, and ordered to pay $1,150 in fines. He is set to serve his jail sentence at Columbiana County Jail and he has been credited with one day served.

WKBN in Ohio had more details on his arrest.
“Court orders show a cell phone was ordered returned to York and $160 seized shall be forfeited to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force as part of the agreement,” they reported on Monday morning.
York attended Cardinal Mooney High School in Ohio. He became the team president of the 49ers back in 2008.
The 49ers are coming off a disappointing playoff exit in 2025. The 49ers were crushed by the Seahawks, 41-6, in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs.
San Francisco is scheduled to open the year on Thursday, Sept. 10 against the Los Angeles Rams in Australia. The game will kick off at 8:35 p.m. E.T. and air on Netflix.
The 49ers have yet to comment publicly on the owner’s arrest on Monday morning.
