Camille Kostek, the longtime girlfriend of New England Patriots legend Rob Gronkowski, is enjoying the last few weeks of the summer.
Kostek became quite popular in the modeling industry in 2018 when she made her debut for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. She has appeared in every issue of SI Swimsuit since her debut and even graced the cover of the iconic magazine in 2019.
“For me, becoming a woman to represent the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue is my version of the dream job,” Kostek said. “They embody inclusivity, breaking molds, being bold, highlighting our passions and honoring our purpose that go beyond posing for the magazine. Although she’s months removed from her 2026 photoshoot, Kostek is still turning heads in a swimsuit.

Kostek shared a few swimsuit photos from her trip to Greece along with the caption: “my dream date ? Oh just a trip to Greece waking with the morning sun for a swim in the Ionian sea and served fresh food on the beach and an ATV ride around the island and gelato and dancing in the streets and walks in nature and a boat ride to a private beach and one more dip in the ocean at sunset hbu?”

How did Kostek and Gronk meet?
Even though Kostek was a cheerleader for the Patriots, she didn’t meet Gronkowski until a charity event in 2013. They actually had to go undercover for their first date due to team rules.
“Our first date was very undercover because I was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots and you’re not allowed to date the players but I was a bad girl,” Kostek said. “We went to the movies at Patriot Place in the lux level and we went with our hoodies up.”
While they have dealt with their fair share of ups and downs, it sure seems like Gronkowski and Kostek’s relationship is still going strong.
