Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Camille Kostek nearly broke the internet on her 34th birthday.
Kostek, the longtime girlfriend of NFL legend Rob Gronkowski, was named a co-winner for SI Swim Search in 2018. One year later, the Connecticut native landed on the cover of the iconic magazine.
“For me, becoming a woman to represent the iconic Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue is my version of the dream job,” Kostek said. “They embody inclusivity, breaking molds, being bold, highlighting our passions and honoring our purpose that go beyond posing for the magazine. This brand is IT. At this point in her modeling career, Kostek is a legitimate SI Swimsuit legend. She has appeared in every issue of the magazine since making her debut in 2018. Her 2025 photoshoot took place in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

SI Swimsuit celebrated Kostek's birthday by posting a few of her best photos on social media.
"A very happy birthday to our dancing queen," SI Swimsuit wrote for its caption.
That post from SI Swimsuit inspired countless people to send kind birthday messages to Kostek on Thursday.
Gronkowski and Kostek's romance dates back to 2013.
Kostek was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots when she met Gronkowski.
“Our first date was very undercover because I was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots and you’re not allowed to date the players but I was a bad girl,” Kostek said. “We went to the movies at Patriot Place in the lux level and we went with our hoodies up.”
Despite all the ups and downs that come with being in a relationship, Gronkowski and Kostek are still going strong 13 years later.
