WWE superstar Rhea Ripley hasn’t competed in months, but she’s still finding ways to go viral.
Ripley, 30, has been a dominant force for a few years now. Although injuries have slowed her down at times, she always bounces back in a major way. After all, she’s a two-time Women’s World Champion and a two-time WWE Women’s Champion.
“The ultra-aggressive and terrifyingly strong Aussie embraced her true self during her time in NXT UK and NXT, and that has spelled bad news for anyone who faces her, as she already had the physical goods to stand toe-to-toe with any Superstar in sports-entertainment,” her bio for WWE states.
“The Eradicator enjoyed a lengthy one year reign as Women’s World Champion, running through the entire Raw locker room before having to relinquish her title on the April 15, 2024, episode of Raw due to injuries sustained at the hands of Morgan. Ripley stormed back just before SummerSlam, but was shockingly betrayed by “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio as he chose to side with Morgan.”
Earlier this week, Ripley officially turned 30 years old.
Longtime WWE superstar Natalya, the daughter of Jim Neidhart, celebrated Ripley’s birthday by sharing a photo of them in swimsuits.
“Two Legends. Happy birthday Rhea,” one fan said.
“Nothing better than a Rhea smile … Hope she had a stellar birthday,” a second fan wrote.
“BEST is surely yet to come after 30,” another fan commented. “Its just gonna be smooth sailing from here, not aging rapidly at all. Looking young Rhea.”
When will Rhea Ripley return?
Ripley has been sidelined for a few months now. She underwent surgery for a torn meniscus in August.
“Walking and wrestling are very different. Learnt how to walk last week so don’t get too excited, stay patient with me,” Ripley told her fans, via Wrestle Zone.
As of this moment, the WWE hasn’t released a timeline for Ripley’s return. Maybe we’ll see her back in early 2027 for the Royal Rumble.
