Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown just can't seem to shake off the trade rumors this NFL offseason.
Brown is under contract with the Eagles through the 2029 season. The All-Pro wideout has compiled 339 catches for 5,034 yards and 32 touchdowns since joining the franchise in 2022. Although he hasn't said anything about his future in Philadelphia, fans are convinced he's ready for a change of scenery.
If Brown does get moved in the coming months, fans should keep a close eye on the reigning AFC champions. During the NFL's annual meeting, New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel refused to rule out a trade for Brown.
"We've talked about this since last January. We're going to try to do everything we can to strengthen our roster through the draft, through free agency, multiple ways of player acquisition," Vrabel told reporters, via ESPN. "So anything that we can continue to do to strengthen the roster, we're going to try to do."

Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead was a bit more blunt about his rumored discussions with the Eagles. While on "PFT Live" this Monday, he confirmed that trade talks involving Brown ultimately fell apart.
"We chatted with Philly, nothing worked out," Snead said. "There were talks, we had discussions, didn’t work out. That happens."
According to Mike Florio, the Rams backed out of talks for Brown after conducting their preliminary medical research. Their front office apparently noticed "general wear-and-tear" on his body.
Is A.J. Brown on his way out?
Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer believes a blockbuster trade involving Brown might be inevitable.
"The Eagles did little to quell a growing sense from league insiders that an [A.J. Brown] trade has become more of an inevitability than an uncertainty," McLane wrote.
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo previously reported that Philadelphia wans a first-round pick and a second-rounder in return for Brown.
With the NFL Draft less than a month away, we'll keep a close eye on Brown.
