Raven Johnson continues to look solid for the Indiana Fever this season, as she posted another strong performance in her second preseason game.
The 2026 WNBA Draft’s 10th overall pick followed up her 6-3-8 performance in a win over the New York Liberty on Saturday with another great outing against the Dallas Wings, which featured their No. 1 pick Azzi Fudd and last year’s Rookie of the Year, Paige Bueckers.
The game’s main headliners were Caitlin Clark and Bueckers, who both lived up to the billing. Clark finished with 21 points but had to leave the game early after a hard fall.
Bueckers scored 20 points, all of them in the first half.
The Fever lost, but their fans are calm about it. In fact, they are excited about what they have been seeing from their rookie. Johnson played the third-most minutes with 21 and made sure each one counted.

The South Carolina Gamecocks standout finished with three points, but that’s not what fans are focused on. It’s her point guard skills and defense, just as her pre-draft profile highlighted. She also recorded five assists and five steals, one of which got the crowd especially hyped.
The team made sure to post about it on their Instagram account, and fans are still feeling the Fever.

Other commenters think the energy has shifted.

Ravens symbolize transformation. It would be interesting how much playing time she will get come the real season. She is expected to come off the bench with Kelsey Mitchell as the starting point guard.
