With the Super Bowl just two days away, the wife of New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye is making headlines for an unfortunate reason.

The Pro Bowl quarterback of the Patriots has been married to Ann Michael Maye since June 2025. Believe it or not, their love story actually began in middle school. They both attended the University of North Carolina before making New England their permanent home. As you'd imagine, she's been by Drake's side throughout his career.

Even though Drake and Ann are quite happy together, model Forrest Smith seems eager to test their marriage.

Earlier this week, Smith made some unwarranted comments about the MVP finalist and his wife.

"Okay, this might get me canceled, but I don't care. Did you guys see Drake Maye at the end of that AFC Championship," Smith said, via TMZ. "I don't know what's up with his wife. She kinda reminds me of a tradwife. She's like 23. He can do so much better than that. I know. I shouldn't say that."

She didn't stop there with her insulting comments. The OnlyFans model with 335,000 Instagram followers suggested that Maye should celebrate with her, not his wife, after the Super Bowl.

"I'm not doing anything after the Super Bowl, and if you win I think you could have a better time than going to Disney with your wife. Yeah, I'll be around."

No regrets for Drake Maye.

During his Super Bowl media availability on Monday, Maye was asked about getting married at a young age. He made it clear that he wouldn't change a thing about their timeline.

"My teammates have the right to whatever they choose but I would definitely advise them to eventually get married. It’s one of the best things I’ve experienced in my life. There’s no better feeling than coming home to a wife that loves you and cares for you," Maye said, via Us Weekly. "I know my teammates, some of them are experiencing different parts of their life. I chose to get married young, and I don’t regret it one bit."

Suffice to say, Maye won't be interested in what Smith has to say.
