That’s two in a row for a Houston Rockets team staring at elimination. After losing the first three games of their first-round NBA playoff series against the Los Angeles Lakers, the series is now 3-2 following Houston’s 99-93 win Wednesday night in Los Angeles. Even with Kevin Durant sidelined for much of this series, a young Rockets squad is suddenly playing with confidence. Jabari Smith Jr. led Houston with 22 points, adding seven rebounds and two blocks.
