The 2026 NBA Draft begins Tuesday night, and the Washington Wizards are on the clock. Most years, identifying who the No. 1 overall pick will be is pretty obvious by this this time. That is not the case this year.
It looks like a two-horse race between BYU forward AJ Dybantsa and Kansas guard Darryn Peterson. Maybe Duke big-man Cameron Boozer enters the picture. Those three — all freshmen — will probably be the first three players drafted (the Utah Jazz pick second and the Memphis Grizzlies are third). In what order they get picked is anyone’s guess. So…
