Athlon Sports’ Luke Easterling asked the question yesterday: Which of the NFL’s 0-2 teams should be panicking the most? There are eight 0-2 teams after two weeks of the 2026 NFL season:
Atlanta Falcons
Houston Texans
Indianapolis Colts
Los Angeles Chargers
Miami Dolphins
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tennessee Titans
Washington Commanders
As Easterling pointed out, there were never any great expectations this season for the Falcons, Dolphins or Titans. He gave the Colts a pass for losing to the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs — but then again, the Ravens did lose to the New Orleans Saints.
So my question is this: Which 0-2 team has the best chance to make the playoffs? The Texans started 0-3 last year and still made the postseason, so that probably aren’t in panic mode just yet. Of the remaining six 0-2 teams, the Chargers probably have the best roster on paper, but they’re in a tough AFC West. The Bucs and Falcons are in the NFC South, whose division winner last season had a losing record.
