LeBron James is 41 years old. He’s played 23 seasons in the NBA. Will there be a 24th?
Maybe James himself knows the answer to that question, but nobody else does. The NBA free agency period begins Tuesday at 6 p.m. ET, and James will be a free agent after eight seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers.
James averaged 20.9 points per game last season, the lowest total of his legendary career, but he clearly still is a productive player. There have been rumors he might re-sign with the Lakers, return home to the Cleveland Cavaliers or perhaps sign with the Golden State Warriors to team with Steph Curry. And of course, he might actually choose to retire. So...
