Paige Spiranac is getting into cooking.
The former professional golfer, who played collegiately at the University of Arizona and San Diego State, is of course known for her sports content. However, Spiranac, who has millions of followers on social media, is looking to branch out into different content areas this week.
Spiranac posted her first “Cooking With Paige” video to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday. The video showcases Spiranac giving fans her yogurt bowl recipe. Now, is making a bowl of yogurt cooking? We’ll let you be the judge of that.
The full video can be seen here.

What’s more impressive than Spiranac branching out into different content lanes, though, is her reach.
The video, shared to X, already has more than 7 million views. The cooking video did better numbers than most of Spiranac’s golfing videos. We’ve seen cooking videos do well in the past – who doesn’t love an easy to watch and fun recipe video? – but it’s surprising that something like this from Spiranac could explode so easily.
“Making eating healthy look wonderful Paige!” one fan wrote.
“You cook too, triple threat,” another fan added.
Spiranac is looking to expand her reach
Spiranac is looking to expand her reach, branching out into different content areas outside of golf.
The former professional golfer has a huge following, with millions of fans across X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Spiranac has monetized her following in a big way with golf videos, but now she’s looking to get into some cooking and lifestyle content, as well.
We’ve seen other popular content creators do this, whether it’s a sports personality starting to talk politics – see: Stephen A. Smith – or some college football personalities getting into NASCAR – like “Bussin With The Boys” – and now Spiranac is looking to do the same, sending cooking content to her golf following.
Will it work?
Clearly, Spiranac’s first video has taken off in a big way.
