Paige Spiranac is warning her four million followers on social media: Do not fall for impersonators.
The popular golf influencer has a big-time following. Spiranac has millions of followers across X, formerly known as Twitter, along with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Spiranac, who previously played collegiately at the University of Arizona and San Diego State, had a brief professional career, before getting into the content game.
However, with such a big-time following, Spiranac has some unfortunate people impersonating her, and trying to scam people on the internet.

Spiranac, though, is warning fans: Don't fall for the impersonators.
"I have so many people impersonating me online. It’s out of control and I know I’m not the only one. You shouldn’t be allowed to make an account pretending to be someone else. Please do not talk to anyone claiming to be me. I will NEVER ask for money or ask to chat somewhere else like Telegram. Please be safe out there," she wrote.
Spiranac has had to deal with a lot on social media lately
Spiranac previously had to leave social media, after receiving a ton of blowback for her behavior in The Internet Invitational.
“I am in a bit of a funk, a rut if you will, and its not like a one or two day thing,” Spiranac said earlier this year. “This has been going on for a little bit. I feel like I’ve just been so in my head about everything and I’m just trying to work through it. I think that’s why I haven’t been posting as much because I am just overthinking everything and I just feel like my anxiety has taken control.
“I’m trying to push myself outside of that and post more and get back to what I was doing before. I feel like I haven’t been active because I’ve just been in my own head, in this kind of funky rut and we’re working through it.”
Spiranac has since returned, but now, she's having to deal with unfortunate impersonators and scammers.
Be safe on the internet, everyone.
