Golf fans are offering up some tips.
"I always pure the irons when I think 'throw the left elbow down into the ball' when swinging. Helps me compress it and stripe the long irons. But my short game struggles, I'd rather be in your predicament than mine," one fan wrote.
"Missing greens is the short-game academy. Brutal tuition, excellent graduates," one fan added.
"Despite what you’ve heard and been taught, looking up before you make contact helps you see where the shot after the one you’re taking currently should go," another fan added.
"When I played a lot, I practiced just two clubs constantly and became very accurate. 9 and 7 irons. Some may prefer a wedge. Hit 1000's of shots. Become extremely accurate and consistent, at variable yardage, 'feel' a shot, where it's going to land, how it should roll," one fan added.
"I think this requires an in-person diagnosis. One bucket of balls, 18 holes, some recreational substances of our choice and we'll have those irons sorted out. 😉 Promise!" one fan added.
